Bioethical Considerations of AI Medical Device Policy

Our platform offers insight into the bioethical challenges and potential benefits of EU and US legislation with regard to regulating neuromodulatory AI medical devices.  We demonstrate for potential users of aDBS technology or for medical device developers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary analysis of considerations for these devices and how the current legal landscape shapes protections of personal health data.
